We are looking for a Digital Marketing Career Counsellor to guide students, graduates and working professionals towards the right digital marketing course — and help them enrol in our practical training programme at our Gurugram office.

What you’ll do
- Counsel students, graduates, job seekers, working professionals and business owners on careers in digital marketing.
- Understand each learner’s background and goals, and recommend the right course or batch.
- Handle inbound enquiries from calls, website forms, WhatsApp, social media and walk-ins, and respond quickly.
- Make follow-up calls and convert leads into enrolments.
- Explain course modules, fees, batch timings, certifications and placement support clearly and honestly.
- Conduct campus visits, demo sessions and in-office counselling meetings.
- Keep lead records and follow-ups up to date in the CRM or tracking sheet.
- Meet monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for smooth onboarding of new students.
What you’ll need
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in career counselling, admissions counselling, or education / ed-tech sales.
- Good understanding of digital marketing careers and roles — SEO, Google Ads, social media, content and analytics — or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi, with a confident, friendly phone manner.
- Strong listening, convincing and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with calling targets, CRM tools, Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
- Graduate in any discipline.
Good to have
- Experience at a training institute, coaching centre or ed-tech company.
- A basic digital marketing certification or course of your own.
- Experience running seminars, webinars or college outreach.
